FIXITWAVES warranty covers the parts replaced and the labor performed during the repair process.
Duration: The duration of our warranty coverage varies depending on the type of repair and the specific parts used. Typically, our warranty period covers 90 Days from the date of repair completion.
-Screen Replacement is covered under a 90-day limited warranty. This includes full-screen replacement if there is any problem with the screen (Only) for 90 days from repair. (Warranty does not apply to PHYSICAL DAMAGE)
1) Warranty applies to screen only, if there is any other issue with any parts other than screen FIXITWAVES is not responsible for that.
2) The FIXITWAVES technician will examine the overall condition of the device and will give the solution if the warranty is covered or not.
3) If there is any sign of water damage before, or after repair warranty may be voided.
4) During water damage repair if there is any other problem that persists FIXITWAVES will not cover a warranty for that.
– Back Repairs on iPhone and other devices, the Warranty applies to the Back Glass only if not installed properly, any other issue arising later on or not related to back repair will not be covered by FIXITWAVES.
Coverage: Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship arising from the repair service provided by FIXITWAVES. This includes malfunctioning parts replaced during the repair process and any issues related to the repair work performed.
Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from mishandling, misuse, accidents, or any unauthorized modifications made to the device after the repair. It also does not cover damages caused by liquid exposure or any pre-existing issues with the device unrelated to the repair service.
Voiding the Warranty: The warranty will be void if the device is serviced or repaired by a third party during the warranty period without prior authorization from FIXITWAVES. Additionally, any attempt to tamper with the repaired parts or evidence of unauthorized modifications will invalidate the warranty.
Claim Process: If you encounter any issues covered by our warranty, please contact us immediately to initiate a warranty claim. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide further instructions on how to proceed with the repair or replacement under warranty.
Further, If you encounter any issue with installation such as gluing, frame fitting, and similar part installation service issues, please contact us immediately so we can assist as soon as possible. More Damage occurred from this, issues such as moisture, screen damage, or any other issue that won’t be covered by FIXITWAVES.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the original repair service provided by FIXITWAVES. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the device, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who availed of the repair service from FIXITWAVES.
FIXITWAVES reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect the warranty coverage for repairs already performed within the original warranty period.
Any device left at our location for 30 days or more FIXITWAVES will not held responsible if the device is misplaced or lost.
